purchased a license days ago, product not working. have tried to post on bug report forum, but have gotten zero support with my issues

right there with you, i purchased a pack and theres nothing there. no downloader tab. i have emailed, messaged a admin on their website and even on discord. NO response from anyone. starting to be real annoying. your not alone.

the site is showing you do not have a license so your transaction hasnt gone through yet or it never went through.
